Since many of you do not have the Omnibus page in front of you anymore, and some of you have never been to Fair Hill before, I want to go over a few items:
- Most important order of business - the Parties! Chef Shirley is busy preparing and shopping, but she does not want to run out of food! Please check the RSVP list and be sure your name (and your guests' names) are posted. NO RSVP = NO FOOD (And consider a donation - Thanks to the support of generous people listed above, we are nearing our goal, but not quite there yet. Is your name there?)
- Arrivals: In-barns for CCI horses are between Noon and 5:00pm on Monday, and on Tuesday from 9:00am until 5:00pm. All CCI horses must be on grounds and have in-barns done by 9:00 Wednesday morning.
- Motorized vehicles: The Maryland DNR has given permission for the use of mini-bikes & 4-wheelers in certain designated areas, however as per DNR rules, everyone must wear Helmets! Vehicles will be registered and issued "tags" with the Stable Office upon arrival.
- Entry Status: We are getting down to the wire and there are still MANY competitors with incomplete entries. You have less than a week to take care of this! All entries must be complete PRIOR to your arrival. The status below reflects what has been received in the mail as of Thursday October 8th. I will update again on Monday evening.
We'll see everyone at Fair Hill this week!
