US PONY CLUB PRESIDENT’S CUP GAMES

    Pony Club Games rock! Why? Because games are fun! The United States Pony Clubs¹ Games Program is intended to provide reinforcement of the riding skills taught in Pony Club in a more relaxed environment than the formal lesson in equitation. As the games players become more confident, competition becomes part of the program and adds a new dimension of incentive and excitement.

    Participants in the President¹s Cup are selected at the Pony Club National Championship (held in August). Top teams are invited to participate in the President¹s Cup Invitational at Fair Hill.

    Five ponies and riders are on a team and will compete in a variety of relay races, including the Three Legged Race, the Sack Race, the Old Sock Race, and the Housewife Scurry. Come cheer on the Pony Club riders during two performances on Saturday. Awards to the winning teams will be made on Sunday Don¹t miss the excitement!
