CCI 3* Dressage and Show Jumping will be delayed broadcast on the — USEF Network – look for them to be posted there about 2 hours after the completion of the day’s competition.  CCI 3* Cross Country will be LIVE STREAMED on the — USEF Network!

Sponsors Boehinger Ingleheim are hosting a Rider’s Lounge in the Stabling Area.  They are also hosting a pizza and beer party on Saturday night in the Stabling Area food tent.  Thanks, Boehinger Ingleheim!

On the business side:

Anyone wishing to purchase tickets into the Sponsors’ tent will have to do so on site.

The Owners Tent will once again be available on Saturday – passes will be distributed in your rider packet.  This year the tent is presented by Select Event Group – it’s a beautiful new clear span structure with great views of the cross country course.

Missing paperwork can be faxed to 410-398-5020 or emailed. If you owe money it can be mailed via Priority Mail to arrive by Monday Oct 15th, or you can contact me to make other payment arrangements.

Reminder that trailer parking is remote. Only those trailers paying for on-site primitive camping will be allowed to park in the field next to the stable tents. All others will be required to park in the adjacent field.

CCI HORSES: The vets are serious about the schedule for in-barns. Horses may arrive Monday Noon – 5:00pm or Tuesday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Arrivals other than these time periods will be placed in holding stalls at the fairgrounds.

State Park rules: Dogs MUST be leashed at all times including in the Stable area. Park Rangers will be patrolling and issuing fines ($50 per incident!).

Anyone using a mini-bike or ATV must have a registration tag, which will be available through Secretary office at check-in, and MUST wear a safety helmet (yes your XC helmet will do).  There are guidelines and restrictions for where you will be able to drive and where you will be allowed to park (there are designated parking areas by the VIP Tent, by Dressage warm-up, by the Vendor Tent, and at the Cross Country Start Box).  There will be NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES THROUGH THE TUNNEL. Please click this link for a map, and for guidelines.  A paper copy will also be handed to you upon registration.

GROOMS – we are hoping to get enough volunteers to run a shuttle service for you again on Saturday, from Stabling to the Start Box.
