PIT STOP PIT BEEF – Thursday – Sunday. pit beef, ham, turkey, fries, funnel cakes, crab cakes and other great items

NATALIE’S FINE FOODS – Thursday – Sunday.  gourmet sandwiches

TOP DOG CONCESSIONS – Thursday – Sunday.  assorted wraps, hot dogs, pretzels and breakfast sandwiches

THE PUB – Thursday – Sunday.  awarding winning crab bisque, assorted sandwiches, table seating and alcohol available

STABLING LOUNGE – Thursday – Sunday.  assorted sandwiches, breakfast, and dinners mostly for riders and grooms (in the CCI Stabling area)

DEE’S FOOD SHACK SNACKS – Thursday – Sunday.  breakfast, Cajun foods, assorted sandwiches and platters, fried Oreos

CROSSAN KETTLE KORN – Saturday – Sunday, assorted popcorn

NOONER’S WOOD FIRED PIZZA – Saturday next to beer/wine tent,  gourmet pizza and Italian ice

AT STARTER BOX – Saturday.  hot dogs, sandwiches, etc served by Boy Scouts as a fundraiser for them

OLE TAPPAS – Sunday by Main Arena.  assorted Mexican dishes


Thank you for your interest in being a food vendor at the Dutta Corp. Fair Hill International Festival in the Country, held October 18th – 21st, 2018, in Fair Hill, Maryland.  This world class equestrian event features a high performance three-day-eventing competition (CCI**/***) as well as dog agility trials, canine demonstrations, Two-Star eventing, food court, kid’s corner fun, live music, demonstrations, exhibits, trade fair shopping, and more!  Up to 15,000 attendees and competitors are on the property over a four day period, with a higher concentration on Saturday and Sunday.  FHI will limit the number of food vendors, but will seek a variety of food options available for sale.  Food vendor guidelines, fees, and contracts are available on request.
